Canceling a transaction
Maskit does everything in its power to provide its customers with clothing, footwear (hereinafter: " Product ") and service at the highest level under strict quality control. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us, you can exchange it or cancel the transaction and return the product to one of the Meschit stations in accordance with the following conditions
There was no deterioration in the condition of the product, presenting an invoice/shipping certificate and returning the product to one of the Meschit stores. Transaction cancellation will be completed after returning the product; A refund will be made in the manner in which the payment was made in accordance with the law. Customers are allowed to use the delivery services of Meschit for the purpose of returning the product to the store. In return for a payment of NIS 31
When canceling a transaction made under "special sale" conditions, promotions or benefits, the refund will be made according to the conditions under which the products were purchased and against the return of the products purchased in the transaction. If only some of the products purchased in the transaction are returned, the refund will be deducted from the full price of the products that were not returned. In the event that a transaction canceled by the customer granted entitlement to any benefits or points within the points program, upon cancellation of the transaction, the entitlement to benefits and points granted to the customer by virtue of that transaction will also be cancelled.
Cancellation dates
When purchasing in the store: From the day of purchase until the end of two days after it that are not rest days. In lingerie products, including swimwear, the transaction cannot be canceled due to regret.
In a remote sales transaction: Within fourteen days from the date of purchase, from the date of receipt of the package or from the date of receipt of the disclosure document, whichever is later. In a distance sales transaction conducted with A consumer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant , the consumer may cancel the transaction within four months from the day it was made, from the day the package was received, or from the day the disclosure document was received, whichever is later, provided that entering into the transaction included a conversation between the trader and the consumer, including a conversation through electronic communication.
Transaction cancellation and refunds for products purchased by redeeming club points: Redeeming the points is not considered a product purchase. Despite the above, Meshikit will allow you to cancel a point redemption transaction against receiving a product, provided that the product was returned in its original packaging and without any use of the product. Canceling the redemption of the points will only reward the customer with the redeemed points. It is not possible to receive a refund for products redeemed against points. Products redeemed for points cannot be exchanged for other products .
Cancellation fees
Refund for canceling a transaction that was not due to : (1) a defect in the product; or (2) inconsistency between the product and the details provided to it; or (3) failure to deliver the product on the scheduled date; or (4) due to any other violation of the contract by Mishchit - will be carried out minus a cancellation fee at the rate of 5% of the product price or NIS 100 (whichever is lower). Please note: In the transaction, which was carried out using a credit card, there may be a cancellation fee due to the credit company's clearing fee in addition to the above cancellation fees.
Worldwide exchanges:
All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Before proceeding with your request to return or exchange an item, please read the following terms and conditions, and verify you comply with it:
- The item must be returned in perfect condition: with its attached labels and in its original packaging such as: dust bag, jewelry box, branded fabric bags etc. Any other accessories received with the item mused be sent back. These are considered a part of the product.
- Worn, washed or altered items cannot be returned.
- Shoes must not show any signs of use and must be in its original packaging.
- Socks leggings or underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns can only be shipped from the country and address where the Order was delivered.
- The items must have been purchased online and not in the boutique.
MASKIT reserves the right to reject returns that have not been authorised or sent in accordance with the above. In these cases, MASKIT will return the order to the original shipping address at the sender's expense. Your refund will be made in the same payment method you used after receiving your return.
Please note:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. Delivery date for exchanged refund may vary according to delivery location. We advise you to ship the package back to us with a tracking number and make sure to keep your receipt, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please make sure to mark the items on the parcel as “returned goods” to avoid any additional charges at our local customs. We will not be held accountable for packages detained at customs due to insufficient or errored documents. In such a case, the return will be refused and sent back to the customer.
