Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
For orders under $1,000, the shipping fee is $50
For orders over $1,000, we are pleased to offer free shipping
Estimated Delivery Time
International shipments can take up to 21 business days to arrive. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and the relevant delivery details. This allows you to easily monitor the status of your package
Phone Number Requirement
For international deliveries, the shipping carrier may need your phone number for coordination purposes, including delivery and customs clearance (if required). Kindly ensure that you provide an accurate and valid phone number during checkout to avoid any delays
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other fees when it arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of shipping
Important Notice About Refused Shipments
If a package is refused for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges and any applicable customs fees. These costs will be deducted from any refund issued

Maskit is not responsible for delays caused by customs, third-party carriers, or any other external factors

Exchange and Return Policy
Maskit strives to offer high-quality products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item according to the following conditions:• The item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with the original tags.
• A transaction cancellation will be processed once the item is returned, and a refund will be issued based on the original payment method.
Exchanging an Item or Size:
• First exchange with courier – free of charge. You can contact our customer service atONLINE.MASKIT@GMAIL.COM or via WhatsApp at +972 527004720
• Second exchange with courier at a cost of 25 NIS
• Exchanges can also be made at any of our Maskit stores after coordinating with customer service
Exchanging a Full-Priced Item
Exchanges are available within 14 days from the purchase date or the date of receipt of the package.
For transactions with a person with a disability, senior citizens, or new immigrants, exchanges can be made within 4 months
Exchanging a Sale Item
Exchanges are available within 7 days from the purchase date or the date of receipt of the package.
For transactions with a person with a disability, senior citizens, or new immigrants, exchanges can be made within 4 months
Returning an Item
You may return an item using Maskit's shipping service for a fee of 25 NIS, or return it at one of our Maskit stores (Jaffa, Hod Hasharon, Ramat Hasharon) after coordinating with customer service
Canceling a Sale Transaction
Returns can be made within 7 days from the purchase date or the date of receipt of the package.
For transactions with a person with a disability, senior citizens, or new immigrants, cancellations can be made within 4 months
Using Loyalty Points
Cancellation of a transaction made with loyalty points will only be allowed if the item is returned in its original packaging and has not been used.
Products purchased with points cannot be refunded for money, nor can they be exchanged for other products
