Dear customers, due to the security situation, there may be delays in delivery times. We make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Free home delivery within approximately 4-7 business days for orders over ₪400 when business days are Sunday to Thursday (except during sale periods and on sale items, where home delivery may take up to 10 business days). For orders below ₪400, the delivery cost is ₪25.

Shipping may take up to 21 business days.
Delivery costs:
For orders under  1000$  –cost will be  50$ .
Orders over 1000$ – free shipping.

Please also note that in case, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the refund due.

SHIPMENT TRACKING:
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping details relating to your order. For international orders, we are required by the shipping carrier to provide your phone number in order to contact you to arrange the delivery and for customs purposes if necessary. Please make sure to enter a valid and correct phone number at the time of your purchase.

Please note that while we do our best efforts to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, dispatch and delivery times are based on estimation only and are not guaranteed. Maskit is not responsible for any delays caused by matters not under its full direct control, including without limitation due to destination customs clearance processes, delays caused by the shipping company or any other circumstances beyond maskit control.
Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt.
Such duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the customs authority of your destination country and depend on several factors such as country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates and local import taxes. It will be your responsibility to pay them when asked by your local authorities.
